By using this website or purchasing consultation services from the business identified above, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit paid engagements.

We offer individual financial planning consultations, financial record organisation sessions, and ongoing plan reviews as described on our Consultations page. Unless a separate written engagement letter says otherwise, we do not execute trades, sell securities or insurance products through this website, or provide legal or tax representation.

3. Website use

You may browse public pages for personal, non-commercial use. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape automated bulk content, or misrepresent your identity in inquiries.

4. Inquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. We may decline engagements that are outside our scope or that lack sufficient information for a safe review.

5. Fees and payment

Session fees and payment methods are quoted in THB before work begins. Published prices are not listed on this site; a proposal letter confirms amounts. Late payment may pause scheduled reviews until accounts are current.

6. Confidentiality

We treat documents you share for planning purposes as confidential within our team and processors bound by duty of care. You are responsible for redacting third-party personal data where possible before upload.

7. No guarantees

Financial planning involves uncertainty. We do not guarantee investment results, interest rates, or approval of loans or policies. Past organisation of records does not imply future performance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for claims arising from website use or consultations is limited to the fees you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Khon Kaen shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
