Refund & Cancellation Policy

Applicability

This policy applies to paid consultation sessions, record organisation blocks, and ongoing plan review packages agreed in writing after you inquire. Inquiry messages and unpaid browsing of this website are free.

Cancellation by you

• More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: Full refund of any prepaid fee for that session, or reschedule once at no charge (your choice).
• 24–48 hours before: 50% refund of the prepaid session fee, or reschedule subject to availability.
• Less than 24 hours before or no-show: No refund for that session; we may offer a partial credit solely at our discretion.

Cancellation by us

If we must cancel (illness, office closure, or scheduling conflict), you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at no extra cost.

Deposits

If a deposit is required to hold a multi-session package, the deposit is applied to your final invoice. Unused deposit balance after mutual termination of the package is refunded within 14 business days minus any sessions already delivered at the agreed rate.

Work already started

Record organisation billed by the hour is refundable only for unused prepaid hours. Delivered summaries, annotated folders, or memos already sent are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email or call using the contact details in the business block above. Include your name, session date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Bank transfer refunds may require the account details you used to pay.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is included when you give more than 48 hours’ notice. Additional changes may incur a modest administrative fee if proposed in your engagement letter.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Thai consumer protection law where they apply to your transaction.
