1. Data controller

The business identified above is the controller of personal data described in this policy. We provide individual financial planning consultations and plan review services from our head office in Khon Kaen, Thailand.

2. What we collect

Inquiry form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic, and message text. The form posts JSON to /api/inquiry, a handler on the same domain operated for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

Consent preference. If you use the cookie banner, we store your choice (accepted or rejected) in your browser’s local storage under the key stack-pulse-consent. No analytics or advertising tags run based on this choice because we do not deploy those technologies.

Technical logs. Our hosting provider may process server logs (IP address, request time, user agent) for security and uptime. We do not use those logs for profiling or marketing.

3. Purposes and legal bases (PDPA)

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, schedule consultations, and maintain records of our communications where needed for service delivery and lawful business purposes. Where Thai law requires consent for certain processing, we rely on your voluntary submission of the form and, where applicable, your explicit consent.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

Inquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-on engagement, then archived or deleted according to our internal retention schedule unless a longer period is required by law. Consent choices remain in your browser until you clear site data.

5. Sharing

We do not share inquiry content with third-party advertisers. We may use processors (for example email or secure file storage) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We will disclose data if required by competent authorities under Thai law.

6. International transfers

If you contact us from outside Thailand, your data may be processed on servers located in Thailand or other countries where our processors operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure protections consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

7. Your rights

Subject to PDPA and applicable exceptions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, use the email or phone number in the business block above. You may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

8. Security

We use organisational and technical measures appropriate to the sensitivity of planning-related information you choose to share. Please avoid sending account passwords or full payment card numbers through the inquiry form.

9. Children

Our services are directed at adults managing their own finances. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental authority.

10. Changes

We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes affecting prior inquiries will be communicated where feasible.

11. No analytics

This site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or similar third-party measurement scripts. The cookie notice lists only storage we actually use.
